摘　　要：目的 :用图像分析测定AgNOR研究中药 2号方促进肝细胞再生的作用。 方法 :用大鼠部分肝切除法复制肝细胞再生模型 ,用中药 2号方进行治疗 ,并与西药促肝细胞生长因子进行对比 ,观察AgNOR的变化 ,并作图像分析处理。结果 :中药组AgNOR的变化优于模型组。 结论 :中药 2号方有明显的促进肝细胞再生的作用。Objective: To observe the change of the 2nd Decoction promoting hepatic recytogenesis with image analyzer measuring AgNOR. Methods: The model of hepatic re-cytogenesis was duplicated with partial hepatectomy.They were treated with the 2nd decoction, and contrasted to the western medicine-hepatic cells generating factor. The changes of AgNOR were observe,and processed with immage analyzer. Results: The improvement of the herb group preceded the model obviously. Conclusion:The 2nd Decoction could promote hepatic recytogenesis evidently.
