海珠益肝胶囊抗鸭乙型肝炎病毒的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究海珠益肝胶囊对鸭乙型肝炎的抗病毒作用。方法 :使 1日龄北京麻鸭感染鸭乙型肝炎病毒(DHBV) ,7天后用Dot EIA法筛选出DHBsAg强阳性鸭。随机分成 5组 :海珠益肝胶囊大、中、小 3个剂量组、以生理盐水灌胃的模型组和以无环鸟苷 (ACV )灌胃的对照组。每组 6只 ,各组雏鸭均灌胃 10天。用药前、用药 5天、10天及停药后 3天分别采血 ,采用斑点杂交法检测血清DHBVDNA。结果 :用海珠益肝胶囊 5天、 10天时鸭血清DHBVDNA其OD值均明显低于给药前 ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。与对照组相比 ,差异无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :海珠益肝胶囊有一定的抑制DHBVDNA复制的作用。Objective: To study the antiviral effect of Haizhuyigan capsule on duck hepatitis virus (DHBV) in vivo . Methods:1-day old Beijing brown spot ducklings infected with DHBV were used as the hepatitis B animal model. Positive ducklings were detected by dot-E1A 7 days after the infection, and were randomly divided into five groups: Haizhuyigan Capsule large-dose group, medium-dose group, small-dose group, normal saline model group, ACV control group. Every group had six mice, and was gastrogavaged for ten days. DHBV DNA was detected by dot-blot hybridization test before treatment, five days and ten days after treatment. Results: After medicated with Haizhuyigan capsule 5 days and 10 days, optic density value(OD value) of DHBV DNA in ducklings' sera were obviously lower than that before treatment, there was no significant difference ( P <0.05). Compared with ACV control group, there was no significant difference( P >0.05). Conclusion: Haizhuyigan capsule could inhabit the replication of DHBV DNA in Beijing ducklings.
