摘 要:本文探讨结合遗传差异和育种目标进行小麦育种亲本选配的问题。提出了亲本选配的组合表现指数法:CPI=D^2/SSD、CPI(Cross Performance Index)即组合表现指数,D^2为亲本间遗传距离,SSD为由这些亲本杂交产生的后代性状群体平均值与相应的育种目标值的加权离差平方和。CPI大的组合优于CPI小的组合。作者还提出了一种计算复交组合亲本间遗传距离的方法。Parent selection based on genetic distance of quantitative characteristics of parents and breeding objectives was approached in this paper. A new method named Cross Performence Index--CPI was proposed.CPI=D^2/SSD, where D^2 is genetic distance between parents and SSD the weighed sum of square deviation as in the least-square method proposed by Pederson (1981) The crosses whose CPI is greater are better than those whose CPI is smaller A method for calculating the genetic distance among the materials used as parents in multiple crosses, for example, three-way cross and double cross, were given.
