全血灌流吸附治疗动物实验方法的建立

摘　　要：目的 :建立全血灌流吸附治疗的动物实验方法及实验装置。方法 :以兔为实验动物 ,颈内动脉置导管引流血液经吸附柱后由颈外静脉回流体内。灌流实验前及灌流2h后取血观察血液有形成分及电解质、血浆蛋白浓度的变化 ,差数t检验进行统计学分析。结果 :灌流前后血细胞计数和血色素值、血浆电解质及蛋白质浓度没有统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 :全血灌流吸附治疗实验操作及实验装置本身对血液系统没有破坏作用 。Objective:To Describe the surgical procedure to prepare rabbits for haemoperfuˉsion and setup a system for whole blood immunoabsorption.Methods:The carotid artery and jugular vein are cannulated,the whole blood outflow from the carotid artery trans through the column and comes back through jugular vein.The blood samples are withdrawn before and after2hrs hemoperfusion.Blood cell were counted,plasma electrolytes and proteins were assayed.Student's test were used for statistic analysis.Results:Blood cell not damaged,concentration of hemoglobin,electrolytes and protein in plasma not altered(P>0.05).Conclusion:The system setup here and the surgical procedure were safe enough for the whole blood immunoabsorption.
