摘　　要：近年来 ,我国国有独资商业银行资本金的补充问题正成为学术界及决策层关注的焦点。对于我国国有独资商业银行资本金的补充 ,既要尽可能地向国际惯例靠拢 ,又要考虑到我国的实际情况 。In recent years, the problem on adding the capital of China's state owned commercial banks has become the point at issue in sphere of learning and policy making group. As for it, we should not only draw to international practice as close as possible, but also consider China's actual situation as to find a dynamic balance between Chinese Characteristic and international practice.
