摘　　要：2 0 0 3年 ,国际社会风云变幻 :伊拉克战争、“非典”、人民币面临升值压力、欧元前进步伐受阻、俄罗斯首富被捕、韩国大企业陆续出现事端、许多跨国公司相继出现财务丑闻等等 ,所有这些事件无不给国际经济金融运作带来深刻的影响。In 2003, international society looks on an unstable situation: Iraq War, 'SARS', RMB is facing a pressure of appreciation, progress of Euro is hindered, Russian No. 1 wealthy person was arrested, disturbances continuously occurred in the big firms in South Korea, financial scandals kept appearing in many trans national corporations, all of these events have made a profound impact on the operation of international economy and finance.
