摘　　要：近年来由于国际金融市场自由化及资金移动效率化 ,金融机构朝向综合化发展已蔚为潮流。台湾地区于2 0世纪 90年代开始进行了一连串的金融改革 ,金融集团在 2 0 0 1年 1 1月执行《金融控股公司法》后快速整合 ,成为纯粹的控股公司。探讨台湾地区金融控股公司与金融监理 ① 制度的现状与发展 ,将会为我国大陆金融业迈向国际化。Recently, it's an inevitable tendency for financial institutions to develop comprehensively for liberalization of international financial market and high efficiency of fund movement. A series of financial reform has been made in Taiwan since 1990's, and financial groups rapidly integrate after Financial Holding Companies Bill was put into effect in November, 2001, and became pure holding companies. An inquiry into status quo and development of financial holding companies and financial supervision in Taiwan will be a useful reference for the internationalization and globalization of China's Mainland financial industry.
