摘 要:促卵泡素(FSH)和促黄体素(LH)对卵泡生长发育、成熟和排卵有重要生理作用。本研究对5头8月龄枫泾(FJ)和6头10-12月龄长白(L)青年母猪,用同源双抗放射免疫法测定血清中FSH和LH含量。结果是FJ和L猪组LH和FSH含量分泌范型基本相同。FJ和L猪排卵前LH最高峰值无差异显著性(P>0.05)。发情期间FJ和L猪FSH分泌呈现两个明显的峰,第一次FSH峰与其排卵前LH峰并存,第二次FSH峰出现在发情后的2或3天。整个实验期间FJ猪FSH含量在高水平上波动,FSH首次峰、二次峰均值及实验期间FSH总平均含量均分别显著、极显著地高于L猪相应的FSH值(P<0.05、P<0.001、P<0.001)。在实验的下个发情周期,FJ猪组平均每头排卵16.4±1.0个,显著高于L猪组的平均排卵数11.2±1.0(P<0.005)。本结果提示FJ猪FSH含量高很可能就是制约其高排卵率的重要因素之一。The Peripheral blood samples of 5 eight-month-old Fengjing (FJ) gilts and 6 tentwelve-month-old Landraee(L) gilts were taken every hour through jugular catheters from one day before the expected onset of estrus (Day-1) until 3 days after onset of estras (Day 3). Serum LH and FSH concentrations were measured by homologous radioimmunoaasay using double antibody. The secretion patterus of LH and FSH, as well as the durations of preovulatory LH surge (22.0±0.51 and 22.3±1.3h), during the perioestrous period were the same between the two pig breeds. The maximum LH concentration in FJ gilts occured at 10.6±4.9h after onset of estrus, but the preovulatury LH peak in L gilts was observed 2.3±1.9h before the onset of estrus, The preovulatory LH peak values were 13.3±1.9ng/ml and 10.4±1.4ng/ml in FJ and L gilts respectively. There was no significant difference (P>0.05). There were two separate FSH surges observed during perioestrous time in both breeds, The first surge coincided with the preovalatory LH surge and the second one occured on Day 2 or 3 of the cycle.The second FSH surge in FJ gilts was observed with a duration of 20h and average peak values of 22.03±0.75ng/ml. which was singnificantly higher than the first peak of 18.38 ±0.75ng/ml (P<0.05). Two FSH peak values were similar in L gilts (16.52±0.68 and 16.69±0.34ng/ml), but the second FSH surge in L gilts had a mean duration of 42h, which was twice longer than that of the first FSH surge. Throughout the experimental period the FSH level in FJ gilts fluctuated around higher level, and either the first peak values, the second peak values or the overall average FSH concentration during experiment were significantly higher than the corresponding values in L gilts (P<0.05, P<0.001). The average ovulation rate of the next estrous cycle in FJ gilts were 16.4±1.0, which was significantly higher than that in L gilts (11.2±1.0, P<0.005).
