摘  要:采用活化后的活性炭纤维 (ACFs)作为吸附剂以脱除 SO2 和Hg。为增加其吸附效果 ,对 ACFs进行氨水溶液活化处理 ,试验采用不同浓度氨水溶液 (8%和 1 3% ) ,利用 XPS和软件计算处理得到 ACFs表面元素分析和基本官能团的变化 ,通过动态脱除 SO2 和 Hg吸附试验 ,证明氨水溶液活化 ACFs是一种增加 SO2 和 Hg吸附的有效措施。试验表明 ,氨水浓度并非越浓越好 ,而是存在一个最佳值。The present paper intends to introduce the author's research on the ACFs activated carbons used in removing SO_2 and mercury as an adsorbent in hoping to increase the removal effect to SO_2 and mercury. In our research, the samples were impregnated in ammonia solution with different concentrations (8% and 13%). In the research, the author has made an element analysis of surface and the change of basic function groups for ACFs by means of X-ray photoelectron spectrum (XPS) and software treatment. The adsorption capacity of mercury has proved to be enhanced with clear increase of the nitrogen functional groups and the oxygen functional groups. Hg^0, easy to get vaporized but difficult to be captured, is prone to be oxidized to HgO with low volatility and easy solubility in water. The nitrogen functional groups are also favorable for the SO_2 adsorption. Through the experiment of dynamic deSO_2 and adsorption of Hg, the ACFs activated by ammonia solution proves to be as an effective method to increase the adsorption of sulfur dioxide and mercury, thus showing the ammonia concentration should not be neither too high or too low, rather, it should be optimal.
