摘 要:目的 了解某院医院感染现患率 ,发现医院感染管理中存在的问题和医院感染发生的特点 ,以改进预防控制措施。方法 统一培训调查人员 ,床旁询问病史、体格检查与在架病历调查相结合 ,填写统一的个案调查表。对调查日处于医院感染状态的病例进行统计分析。结果 应查病例 5 1 2人 ,实查 4 95人 ,实查率 96 .6 8%。发生医院感染 4 0例 ,4 1例次 ,医院感染现患率为 8.0 8%、例次现患率为 8.2 8% ,高于日常连续性调查结果。医院感染部位以下呼吸道居首位。结论 医院感染现患率调查有利于发现医院感染管理工作中存在的问题 。Objective To investigate the point prevalence rate of nosocomial infection and discover the problems in the management of nosocomial infection in a hospital. Methods A team of surveyors were trained to inquire history of illness, do physical examination for inpatients and collect some necessary data from medical records on a single day. Questionnaires about nosocomial infection cases were filled out and analysed. Results Four hundred and ninety five of 512 (96.68%) patients were investigated, 40 patients developed 41 cases of nosocomial infection, the point prevalence rate and case prevalence rate of nosocomial infection were 8.08% and 8.28%, respectively, which were higher than that of the consecutive survey. The main infectious site was lower respiratory tract. Conclusion The survey on the prevalence rate of nosocomial infection is beneficial to the discovery of some problems in nosocomial infection management, and can provide guidance for the prevention and control of nosocomial infection.
