摘　　要：Using a modified C D function and stochastic frontier model, the paper analyzed China's cotton yield capacity and found that the yield and technical efficiency of China's cotton planting system can be increased by the use of genetically modified (GM) varieties.文章利用CD函数和随机前沿模型,定量分析了中国棉花的生产力水平,并且发现如果使用转基因棉花种子则中国棉花生产的产量和技术效率都会得到提高。
