摘　　要：本文以“系统论”思想考察和研究多目标决策问题。认为多指标评价是由“评价准则”多元要素构成的一个概念系统,系统具有串联结构特性,因而建立了以效用为统一尺度的综合评判数学模型。文中给出了模型和应用示例,并对若干问题做了简要说明。This article explores and studies the problem of multi-target decision-making in accordance with the theory of system. The author argues that the multi-target evaluation is a system of concepts involving multi factors of evaluation criteria; and due to the characteristics of series connection, a comprehensive evaluation mathematical model can be set up on the uniform basis of effect. Furthermore, the article presents the model and its demonstrations, and gives brief explanation to several related questions.
