摘  要:通过云南地方稻黄壳糯、紫糯及野生稻S72,S37等抗稗草效果与化感水稻品种AC1423(国际水稻所)、P1312777(美国农业部水稻研究所)进行比较,盆栽试验和植株浸提液生物测定结果与丁草胺比较,结果表明采用除草剂进行参照可较好地排除水稻对杂草化感作用研究中的竞争作用。化感水稻及野生稻,盆栽试验中施用除草剂丁草胺175 g/hm2后,化感作用受到抑制;150 mL蒸馏水提取25 g新鲜叶片的水提液培养稗草,加入200 mg/L丁草胺溶液后,对稗草根抑制效果表现显著的增效作用,尤其对芽明显。Pot experiment and bioassay for the allelopathy effect of living rice extracted from fresh leaf on the barnyargrass Echinochloa crus-galli. (L. ) were studied, and the effect of wild rice S72,S37 and the Yunnan traditional rice cultivar Hunkenuo,Zinuo was compared with Allelopathic rice cultivar PI312777(from USDA-ARS) and AC1423(from IRRI). The results showed that with herbicides contrast, it could removed the allelopathy from competition,4 rice accessions as well as 2 wild rice accessions showed over 50% inhibitory effect on barnyardgrass was comparable to the effect of herbicide butachlor applied over 105 g/hm2. Applied butachlor 105 g/hm2 could lead to the decrease of allelopathy. Add butachlor 200 mL/hm2 to the Water extraction with one hundred ml of distilled water was added to 25 grams of fresh rice leaf sample, the inhibitory effect on barnyardgrass was improved, especially to the barnyardgrass roots.
