摘 要:观察了捕食性天敌毛蠼螋对蔗扁蛾幼虫的捕食行为及捕食功能反应。结果表明,毛蠼螋对蔗扁蛾幼虫的捕食功能反应符合Holling模型,对1~3龄、4~5龄、6~7龄幼虫的捕食功能反应模拟模型分别是:Na1~3=1.0849N0/(1+0.0220N0)、Na4~5=1.1052 N0/(1+0.0328N0)、Na6~7=1.0291N0/(1+0.0384N0)。毛蠼螋在1 d内最大的捕食量理论值Na(max)分别是49.26头、33.67头和26.81头。The banana moth Opogona sacchari (Bojer) (Lepidoptera: Hieroxestidae) was a newly introduced insect pest in China in 1990s. Its host range was very wide and it was very dangerous for many gardening plants and the crops such as Dracaena fragrans L. ,Pachira macrocarpa Walp,Sola-num tuberosum L. , Pachira macrocarrpa Walp, Ipoinoea batatas Lam and Saccharum sinensis Boxb. The serious damage to some hosts had been reported in some provinces in China in past several years. There was a few researches on the natural enemies of the banana moth in China and other countries. The earwig Chaetospania sp. was found to be an important predator on the larvae of the banana moth in Guangdong Province. The prey function of the earwig to the banana moth was observed in laboratory. The relationship of the earwig density and that of larvae of the banana moth could be described by Holling-Ⅱ type, with the models as Na1-3- 1. 0849N0/(1+0. 0220N0) for the lst^3rd instar larvae of the banana moth, Na4-5= 1.1052N0/(1+0. 0328N0) for the 4th^5th instar larvae of the banana moth and Na6-7= 1. 0291N0/(1+0. 0384N0) for the 6th^7th instar larvae of the banana moth. Where,Na was number of the banana moth attacked and N0 was the initial number of the banana moth. According to the models, the handling time of the earwig for the lst^3rd instar, the 4th-5th instar and the 6th~ 7th instar larvae of the banana moth were 0. 0203 day, 0. 0297 day and 0. 0373 day respectively. Na(max) in one day was 49. 26, 33. 67 and 26. 81 respectively. The earwig has a good potential as biological control agent for the pest.
