垂枝杉种质资源的RAPD鉴定及遗传多样性研究

摘　　要：利用RAPD标记对垂枝杉种质资源进行了遗传多样性分析,并与杉木其它类型作对照,对其进行鉴定。结果表明:垂枝杉群体具有较高的遗传多样性,群体间变异占总变异的15.6％;3个垂枝杉群体遗传相似度高,与其它杉木类型的遗传相似度低;垂枝杉具有稳定的遗传性和一致的表现型。从分析结果可以得出垂枝杉是杉木的一个自然变异类型。Genetic diversity and determination of germ plasma resource of Chuizhishan based on comparison with other types of cunninghamia laceolata were studied by RAPD markers. The result showed that; the population of chuizhishan had relatively high genetic diversity and among-populations variation accounted for 15. 6%. High genetic similarity existed among the three populations of Chuizhishan and low genetic similarity existed between the population of chuizhishan and the other types of cunninghamia laceolata. The population of Chuizhishan had stable inheritance and consistent phenotype. Therefore it can be cancluted that Chuizhishan is a new natural variation type of cunninghamia laceolata.
