摘　　要：本研究在调查深圳市居民卫生服务需求和利用的基础上 ,对深圳市双向转诊制度的现行运行模式进行分析 ,提出制度实行的现实基础 ,为发展深圳市社区卫生服务提供参考依据。Based on surveying on residents' demands on health care and utilization of health care in Shenzhen,this study analyzes the current operative model of two-way referral system in Shenzhen and puts forward the practical basis for implementation of the system,which supplies references for development of community health service in Shenzhen.
