摘　　要：为加速麻疹控制 ,河北省于 1998～ 2 0 0 1年完成了全省麻疹疫苗 (MV)初始强化免疫后 ,于 2 0 0 2年 9月 1日～15日 ,在石家庄、张家口、承德市对 8月龄～ 5岁儿童开展了MV后续强化免疫活动。 3个市共登记适龄儿童770 0 0 1人 ,实际接种 736 5 92人 ,接种率 95 6 6 % ;石家庄、张家口、承德市的接种率分别为 98 2 7%、93 37%、90 2 8%。分年龄组统计 ,接种率最高为 96 0 4 % (2岁 ) ,最低为 93 73% (8～ 11月龄 ) ,1、3、4、5岁接种率为95 0 0 %～ 95 99%。以县为单位报告接种率为 87 18%～ 10 0 0 0 %。现场调查对报告接种率进行了评估。本次MV后续强化免疫活动由于进行了认真安排部署 ,广泛开展了宣传动员 ,严格进行了技术培训和加强了现场督导 ,达到了预期目标和要求。分析了实施过程中存在的一些问题 ,为MV后续强化免疫活动的开展提供了经验和教训。In order to speed up the process of measles control,we have fulfilled the measles'catch-up'immunization campaign in Hebei Province during 1998～2001.After that,we began to implement measles'follow-up'immunization campaign in Shijiazhuang,Zhangjiakou and Chengde districts during Sep 1～15 of 2002.The number of registered children(8 months to 5 years old)was 770001 and 736 592 were vaccinated by one dose measles vaccine(MV),the coverage rate was 95.66%.For Shijiazhang,Zhangjiakou and Chengde districts,the vaccine coverage rate was 98.27%,93.37% and 90.28% respectively.By age groups,the highest and the lowest rates were 96.04%(2 years old)and 93.73%(8 months old)respectively,others were 95.00%～95.99%.The reported MV coverage rate was 87.18%～100.00% distributing in 52 counties.We evaluated the status of MV vaccination utilizing the data of vital statistics,the number of MV vaccine dispatched and the field investigation.The anticipated objective was reached through serious arrangements,wide spreading of measles knowledge among the masses and arousing the masses,strict technology training for health workers,and enhancing the field supervision and instruction.Simultaneously,by analyzing the problems existed,we can put the experiences and lessons in next measles'follow-up'immunization campaign.
