摘　　要：为了解烟台市麻疹流行状况 ,对 1999～ 2 0 0 2年麻疹监测系统运转情况进行分析。结果显示 :麻疹监测系统报告病例数比法定传染病报告系统多 187 5 0 % ,7 37%的监测点有病例报告 ,就诊后 12h内报告率 6 9 13% ,2 4h内调查率 98 91% ,标本采集率、及时送检率、结果及时反馈率分别为 10 0 0 0 %、98 91%、99 4 6 % ,合格标本采集率4 8 37%。提高监测质量和医务人员报告意识 ,预防和控制爆发是减少麻疹发病的主要策略。This paper was to study the measles epidemiological characteristics in 1999～2002 in Yantai and to monitor the running status of measles surveillance system.The results showed that measles cases reported by measles surveillance system increased by 187.50% than that by national notifiable disease reporting system. 7.37% of the monitor points had case reporting.Measles reporting rate within 12 hours after going to a doctor was 69.13%,investigating rate within 24h was 98.91%.The collecting rate of blood samples was 100%,the timely delivery rate of bood samples and the timely feed-back rate of laboratory results were 98.91% and 99.46% respectively.The qualified sample collecting rate was 48.73%.For improving the monitor quality and medical workers' reporting consciousness,to control and to prevent measles outbreak are the main strategies for reduing measles morbidity.
