摘 要:本文应用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP AES)对硅铝铁合金的溶解和仪器参数进行了优化,确定了适宜的硅铝铁合金中多种元素的测定条件。测定结果的RSD在0.26%~5.1%之间,加标回收率在95.5%~102.7%之间,标准样品测定结果与推荐值接近。本文方法简便、准确、快速,有应用推广价值。The method for the determination of multi-elements in Ferrum aluminum silicon alloy by ICP-AES has been proposed. Sample dissolution methods are stuelied and the effect of instrument parameter on the determination are examined. The factors such as the preparation of the sample solution, the interference of matrix and coexisting elements have been investigated. Under the optimized conditions, two samples are determined .The RSD(n=6) of this method is between 0.26%~5.1% and the recovery is from 95.5% to 102.7% for all elements tested. The method is convenient , rapid and reproducible and has been applied to multielement analysis of alloy with satisfactory results .
