摘　　要：研究开发了焊接工装夹具计算机辅助设计(WFCAD)系统,在Pro/Engineer软件中将系统菜单和用户接口对话框进行了集成,使用户界面更加清晰、流畅.并以第一类杠杆铰链焊接工装夹具的设计过程为例,就如何采用Pro/Engineer的用户化工具包Pro/Toolkit进行应用程序的开发作了阐述,实现了手动杠杆铰链焊接工装夹具的计算机辅助设计,提高了设计效率.A welding fixture computer-aided design (WFCAD) system is developed and the system menu and user interface dialog blocks of WFCAD is integrated into the software Pro/Engineer to make the (user's) interface clearer. Then, the designing procedure of first type of welding fixture-lever-joint rig is taken as an illustration to discuss the development of utility programs with the help of user's saddlebag Pro/Toolkit of Pro/Engineer. By doing so, the computer-aided design of manual lever-joint welding fixturing rig is realized and the designing efficiency is improved
