摘  要:在不确定的环境下,工序间由于施工干扰和利益冲突,存在着间接的相关和依赖关系,这些关系在一定条件下从侧面决定了工序被执行的效率、进度和经济性.经典的CPM/PERT网络计划方法只考虑工序间的逻辑组织关系和资源制约关系,没有描述和处理这些间接关系.为此,分析了工程实践中非常有代表性的并行依赖关系和时间窗口式依赖关系,考察了它们产生的原因和作用机理,用数学公式定量地描述这些关系,建立了考虑这两类依赖关系的改进网络计划模型,并用VC++语言开发了相应软件.最后通过一个工程实例演示了模型的应用过程,并将计算结果与传统的CPM法计算结果作了对比.Because of construction disturb and benefit conflict in uncertain circumstance,there are more other indirect correlation and dependency relationships among activities, which will be crucial to activity implement on efficiency, schedule and economy in some instances. Whereas current CPM/PERT approaches to network scheduling only consider logistic organic relationships and limitations of resources among activities, and do not describe and deal with those indirect relationships. Therefore, in practical project two representative types of dependency relationships (parallel dependency relationship and time-window constraint dependency relationship) were analyzed deeply for the origin of problem and function mechanism, and were described quantitatively through mathematic formulae. Based on the analysis, an improved model on two types of dependency relationships was presented. The calculation of model was realized by developing VC++ program. At last, a project example was applied to demonstrate the application of model. The calculated result was compared with the result computed by CPM technique.
