摘 要:为满足刀具、模具和耐磨件等工具领域的需要,研制了新型TiB2基硬质合金.在TiB2 Fe Mo硬质合金中,利用常规硬质合金生产工艺,研究不同含量的VC对合金晶粒度和性能的影响.与未添加VC的试样相比,添加0.5%VC后,合金中超细TiB2晶粒由38.94%增加到59.39%;耐磨性提高了53.8%,抗氧化性提高了60%,800℃下抗弯强度比室温抗弯强度仅下降7.3%.表明适量添加VC可以使TiB2 Fe Mo硬质合金的耐磨性、高温强度和高温抗氧化性得到改善;可有效抑制晶粒长大,使硬质相颗粒均匀细化.A kind of new-style TiB_2-based cemented carbides was investigated to meet the needs of cutter, mould, wear-resistant parts and so on. VC was added into TiB_2-Fe-Mo alloys, which was produced by the conventional crafts in cemented carbides. The effect of the content of VC on the new alloy's grain size and properties was studied. For the alloys with the addition of 0.5% VC,the superfine crystal grain of TiB_2 increased from 38.94% to 59.39%; the bend strength in 800 ℃ decreased by 7.3% compared with in room temperature; the resistance to wear increased 53.8%; and the oxidation resistance increased 60%. The results showed that the addition of VC in proper quantities can improve the resistance to wear, high-temperature strength, high-temperature inoxidizability, and the addition of VC can restrain the growing of crystal grain and make the hard phase homogeneous and refine.
