摘　　要：为提高冶金工业中冷轧产品的综合性能,通过实验室研究、小样放大和工业性应用试验,考察了选用不同的基础油和油溶性缓蚀剂、润滑添加剂和辅助添加剂配制的多功能静电喷涂防锈油在冷轧钢板和镀锌钢板上的应用效果,研制出了一种适宜于高电压下静电喷涂用的多功能静电喷涂防锈油,对冷轧钢板和镀锌钢板均有优良的防锈性、良好的油膜去除性、冲压性和与电泳涂漆工艺的相容性,完全能满足轿车和家电制造业的工艺要求。Multi-functional antirust oil for electrostatic spraying at high voltages had been developed successfully through laboratory studying, sample amplifying and industrial application test. The application experimental results show that the antirust oil has comprehensive properties as excellent rust preventing for cold rolled and galvanized steel sheets, better oil film removal and stamping performance as well as compatible ability with electrophoretic finishing process, which can fully meet the special requirements of automobile and household electrical manufacturing industries.
