静脉注射普罗帕酮对慢性期心室起搏阈值的影响

摘　　要：观察静脉注射 (简称静注 )单剂量普罗帕酮对慢性期心室起搏阈值的影响。安置起搏器 3个月后的患者 30例 ,随机单剂量静注普罗帕酮 70mg或 14 0mg,用相应的体外程控仪测试用药前后心室起搏阈值。结果 :固定脉冲宽度 (脉宽 )为 0 .5ms或 0 .4 9ms时 ,普罗帕酮 70mg组用药前、用药后即刻、30min、2h的起搏阈值分别为 0 .5 7± 0 .13,0 .5 1± 0 .12 ,0 .5 9± 0 .10 ,0 .5 4± 0 .11V ;14 0mg组分别为 0 .5 8± 0 .14 ,0 .5 4± 0 .13,0 .5 7± 0 .14 ,0 .5 2± 0 .12V。结论 :单剂量静注普罗帕酮对慢性期心室起搏阈值没有影响。A single intravenous dose of propafenone was administered to evaluate its effect on chronic ventricular pacing threshold. 30 patients ,who had permanent cardiac pacemaker implanted for 3 months ,were given a dose of 70mg or 140mg propafenone intravenously randomly. Pacing thresholds were tested before and after propafenone administrated using corresponding programmer. Results :The pacing threshold(at a constant pulse width of 0.5ms or 0.49 ms) before and immediately, 30 min,2 h after intravenous propafenone were 0.57±0.13,0.51±0.12,0.59±0.10,0.54±0.11 V in 70mg group and 0.58±0.14,0.54±0.13,0.57±0.14,0.52±0.12 V in 140mg one respectively(P>0.05). Conclusion: There is no significant effect of propafenone on chronic ventricular pacing threshold given intravenously.
