摘  要:采用循环伏安法详细地研究了在0.1mol/L的NaClO4介质中,钴 铒 卟啉配合物{(TMOPP)Er[PO(OEt)2]3Co(η5 C5H5)}与纳米TiO2复合膜在玻碳电极上的电化学行为,并与其纯膜修饰的玻碳电极进行比较,二者呈现完全不同的电极反应过程.与纯膜的电化学行为相比,复合膜的氧化还原峰(P1)的峰电位负移,峰峰电位差ΔEP1减小,电流增大20倍.这表明纳米TiO2参与了电极反应,并对卟啉配合物的氧化还原具有催化作用.复合膜的电化学行为受扫描速度、纳米TiO2膜厚度和介质浓度影响.牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的浓度和作用时间对电极反应行为的影响表明该复合修饰膜能与BSA发生相互作用.Electrochemical behavior of ((TMOPP)Er\ (O(OEt)_2\]_3Co(η~5-C_5H_5))/nano-TiO_2 composite film on glassy carbon electrode was investigated by cyclic voltammetry in 0.1 mol/L NaCl O_(4) solution. It was greatly different from that of ((TMOPP)Er\ (O(OEt)_2\]_3Co(η~5-C_5H_5)) on glassy carbon electrode. The 20-fold increasing of peak current and the negative shift of peak potentia l (P_1) indicated that nano-TiO_2 acts as a catalyst for the oxidation-reduc tion reaction of metal porphyrin complex. The effect of the thickness of nano-TiO_2 film, supporting electrolytes and scan rate on the electrochemical behavio r of composite film were studied in detail. The effects of bovine serum albumin concentration and interaction time on electrochemical behavior of the composite film suggested that it has been interacted with bovine serum albumin.
