头部脂溢性皮炎、花斑癣致病菌的实验研究及扫描电镜观察

摘　　要：本文对41例脂溢性皮炎和29例花斑癣病人进行真菌培养,55例阳性。经光镜、鉴别试验及扫描电镜观察,发现P.ov 32例、P.orb 21例、C.a 2例。并较详细介绍了培养方法、生长特点、光镜所见以及扫描电镜对3种菌的细微观察。比较了P.ov、P.orb与C.a的不同特点及相同性。由于3种菌均为条件致病菌。提示P.ov或P.orb致病同时,有C.a或其他条件致病菌感染的可能。Fungi of 41 patients with head dermatitis seborrheioa and 29 cases with pityriasis versicolor were cultured. 55 cases had positive results. P. ov: 32, P. orb: 21, and C. a: 2. Culture method was introdused in detail, Growth characteristics were discussed. Because all of these three strains of fungus was conditional pathogen, it suggested that when one suffered from P. ov or P. orb, C. a or other pathogenic fungus may also exist.
