摘　　要：本系列试验对复合乳剂(W/O/W)进行了研究,比较了多种因素条件改变对该复合乳剂稳定性的影响,得出了应用磷脂和胆固醇作为乳化剂时的最佳比例结果.解决了一种复合乳临床常见的分层问题,对利用复合乳(W/O/W)开发出长效多效新制剂药品具有重要作用.The series experiments study the multiple emulsion(W/O/W), and compare the different effects W/O/W under the changed conditions of manifold factors. A best product is obtained when phospholipid and cholesterol are used. The experiments settle a common problem of double interface. It has great effects on utilizing multiple emulsion(W/O/W) to exploit the long or multiple effects of new pharmaceutic products.
