小檗碱体外抗真菌作用初探

摘　　要：本文以水杨酸为对照测定了小檗碱对常见致病真菌的体外抗真菌活性。发现其对深部真菌的MIC范围为31.25～125mg/L,对皮肤癣菌的MIC范围为62.5～250mg/L。同时发现该药的MIC明显低于水杨酸。扫描和透射电镜观察也证实经该药处理后石膏毛癣菌,申克孢子丝菌、疣状着色霉菌出现菌外形改变及菌细胞破坏。Antifungal activity of berberine against some common fungi and compared with that of acidum salicy licum was studied. The resultsshowed the MIC of berberine against deep fungi ranged from 31. 25ug/ml to 125ug ml and der matomyses ranged from 62. 5ug/ml to 250ug/ml. The MIC of berberiae was obviously lower than that of acidum salicylicum. SEM and TEM examination demonstrated morphologic change and destruction of T. mentagrophyte. S. schenckii and P. varrueosa. after they were treated with berberine.
