摘　　要：上海住宅生产方式经过了20多年的发展,步入了由粗放型向集约型转变的过渡期,指出上海的住宅建设,要坚持以人为本的思想,围绕装修和技术集成两个切入口,切实提高住房的物理性能、室内空气质量、现代使用功能,依靠科技进步,提高新建住宅与旧有小区的健康舒适性能。After two decades development, Shanghai Housing production has entered a transitional period from extensive type to intensive type. The author points out Shanghai housing construction should focus on the two key points of decoration and technical integration to improve housing physical performance, modern usable function and indoor air quality with pro-human consideration and to upgrade healthy and comfortable properties of new built housing and existing neighborhoods depending on scientific and technical progress.
