摘 要:反相离子对色谱法分析碘离子的试验研究,测定交联淀粉碘消毒血浆及水释放的碘。NovapakC18柱(150mm×3.9mm),5mmol·L-1辛胺磷酸缓冲液(含5mmol·L-118 冠 6)∶乙腈=82∶18(V/V)为流动相,紫外检测波长为225nm。在此条件下碘离子达到基线分离,且不受其它离子的干扰。在0.20~10.0μg·ml-1浓度范围,碘离子有良好的线性关系,碘离子检出限是25 0ng·ml-1(S/N=3)。血浆碘的平均回收率是98.5%,相对标准偏差为2.17%。A study was made on the application of the ion-pair RP-HPLC to the determination of iodine of cross-linked starch iodine (CSI). Iodine librated from sample was reduced to I^- and reacted with amine to form ion-association compound which was retained on the Novapak C_(18) column (150mm×3.9mm) with a longer retention time. A mixture of acetonitrile and 5mmol·L^(-1) octylamine phosphate solution (containing 5mmol·L^(-1) of 18-C-6, pH 6.2) in the ratio of 18 to 82 by volume was used as the mobile phase. UV detection was used at 225nm. Under the optimum condition, iodide was separated from the baseline completely and no interferences were encountered in the determination. The calibration curve kept linearity in the range from 0.20μg·ml^(-1) to 10.0μg·ml^(-1) of iodide. Detection limit of this method was found to be 25.0ng·ml^(-1) (S/N=3). The average recovery found in the analysis of plasma iodine was 98.5% and the RSD′s (n=6) found was 2.17%.
