摘　　要：连锁经营作为一种成功的现代商业经营模式,目前被国内外众多行业所采用。我国四大国有商业银行股份制改造已成大势所趋,这就要求银行应具备畅通的管理渠道和良好的经营效率。而连锁经营的管理模式很适应于目前网点众多且经营分散的国有商业银行的借鉴。因此,应利用这一先进的管理方式来加快银行内部体制改革,增强银行竞争实力。As a successful mode of modern commercial operation, Chain Operation has been adopted by many domestic and international trades by now. It is a trend that the stock reform will be dome in four major state-owned commercial banks. They should have unimpeded management channels and perfect business efficiency. With the advantages Chain Operation can benefit the management of those numerous and diverse state-owned banks,all of which may accelerate the internal system reform to promote their core competence.
