摘　　要：从要素互动、协调发展的角度来研究中国城市化问题,采用集成和系统研究的方法,将城市化环境划分为内部系统和外部系统,并构建了系统的组成要素。由于内外影响力有机结合且相互平衡才能促使城市化车轮正常运转,所以分析中国城市化的历史问题是由于内外影响力不协调、要素增长错位所致。同时,也应看到世纪的新动态对中国城市化的潜在影响。The paper deals with the issue of China's urbanization as to the interactive factors and concerted development. Through the systematic generalization, it structures urbanized environment into some components such as inner system and outer system. With the integration and balance of both systems the urbanization wheel can operate well. However, in history the ill balance of the inner and outer factors held back the process of China's urbanization. It can been seen that the current situation has played a potential role in fulfilling this important task.
