摘　　要：社会服务业具有劳动密集型产业特征,成为吸纳劳动力的“海绵”和“蓄水池”。近几年来黑龙江省社会服务业吸纳了大量其他行业转移出来的人员.但总体来看,还有巨大的发展潜力。应针对问题采取措施,推动社会服务业加速发展。Service industries, featuring on labor-intensiveness, have produced many employment opportunities in Heilongjiang Province. In recent years service industries have absorbed so many lay-off people released from other industries. In general, there is still great potential to be developed in this area. Therefore, some measures should be taken in terms of the concrete problems to promote the industries.
