摘  要:以卡特丽亚兰(Cattleya)种子和茎尖为试验材料,研究卡特丽亚兰的组织培养。结果表明,种子萌发可采用不含激素的MS培养基,圆球茎增殖与分化可采用不同浓度的细胞分裂素与生长素的组合,其中以6-BA3mg/L+NAA0.5~1.0mg/L的组合效果较佳,低浓度的生长调节剂MS+6-BA0.5mg/L+NAA0.4mg/L+GA30.2mg/L有利于芽丛快速增殖,添加适量浓度的椰子汁和活性炭有明显的增效作用,高浓度反而起抑制作用。生根培养基用MS+NAA0.5mg/L或IBA0.5mg/L可达到100%生根率。An experiment was conducted with the seeds and stem-tip of Cattleya to investigate its tissue culture. The results showed that roots could sprout in MS medium without hormones. For the proliferation and differentiation of callus of protocorm combinations of different concentrations of cell divisions with auxins could be used. The optional medium was MS+6-BA 3 mg/L+NAA 0.5~1.0 mg/L. The low concentration growing regulator with MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.4 mg/L+GA_3 0.2 mg/L advantaged the rapid propagation of shoot-clump, which had obvious synergism for the medium appended with suitable-density of coconut milk and active carbon, but high concentration had inhibitory effect. The optional rooting medium of MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L or IBA 0.5 mg/L could attain the rooting-rate of 100%.
