摘  要:目的研究下岗职工应对方式、人格特征与心理健康水平的相互关系。方法对某国有企业中的 175名下岗职工采用简易应对量表 (SCSQ)、大五人格问卷 (NEO FFI)和症状自评量表 (SCL 90 )进行调查。结果下岗职工的SCL 90总分及躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、精神病性得分分别为 14 2 .46±49 .3 2 ,1.75± 0 .69,1.76± 0 .70 ,1.66± 0 .66,1.5 4± 0 .62 ,1.61± 0 .64 ,1.3 2± 0 .5 5 ,1.3 8± 0 .5 0 ,显著高于常模 ,SCL 90总分及躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、敌对的得分高于同一企业的在职职工。多元逐步回归分析表明 ,神经质、开放性、外倾性、积极应对和消极应对分别被选入了回归模型。结论下岗职工的心理健康水平较低 ,大五人格中的神经质、开放性以及消极应对方式对其心理健康影响作用较大。Objective To study the relationship among personality traits, coping styles and mental health level. Methods175 laid-off workers from a state-owned corporation evaluated their mental health levels, personality traits and coping styles with Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90),NEO Five-Factor Inventory (NEO-FFI) and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire (SCSQ). ResultsLaid-off workers score were respectively,which were 142.46±49.32,1.75±0.69,1.76±0.70,1.66±0.66,1.54±0.62,1.61±0.64,1.32±0.55,1.38±0.50 higher in somatization, compulsive, depressive, anxious, hostile, phobic, psychotic factors and total of SCL-90 than norm. Compared with employed workers from the same corporation, laid-off workers had higher scores on somatization, depressive, anxious, hostile factors and total of SCL-90. Stepwise regression analyses were applied which took total scores and nine factors scores of SCL-90 as dependent variable. Neuroticism(N), extraversion(E), openness(O), passive coping and active coping were entered to regression equations respectively. ConclusionsMental health level of laid-off workers , was quite low significantly affected by neuroticism, openness and passive coping. [
