摘　　要：以班加罗尔软件产业集群为对象,重点讨论社会资本对班加罗尔软件产业集群的发展所起的作用,并从规范、网络与信任、知识流动三个角度分别探讨了导致班加罗尔软件产业集群成功的社会资本因素,同时指出其发展中存在的问题,以期对我国产业集群的发展有所鉴戒。In the analysis of Bngalore software industrial clusters,it focuses on the function of social capital in industrial clusters development. It studies the successful factor of social capital in Bangalore software industry cluster from three aspects:criterion,network and trust,and knowledge transfer,and points out the problems in its development. It expects to offer references for developing policy of Chinese industry clusters.
