摘　　要：文章在分析图书馆用户的基础上 ,认为 ,由于用户需求的无限性 ,图书馆无法满足用户的所有需求 。On the base of analyzing the library users this paper thinks that library can’t suffice all needs of the users and can suffice only the realistic needs of the goal-public.
