花溪区走好可持续发展之路的探索

摘　　要：目前贵阳市花溪区发展中面临的主要困难和问题是生态经济与循环经济的理念还未建立、对自然资本与生态资本的认识还不到位、资源与生态环境的容量底数不清 ,运用生态经济和循环经济的原理提出花溪的定位和产业结构以及实现可持续发展的基本对策。The main difficulties and problems confronted by Huaxi region of Guiyang city is the under-established thought of ecological economy and recycle economy,not precise understanding of natural capital and ecological capital,and not clear idea about the capacity of resources and ecological environment.Based on the principle of ecological economy and recycle economy,this paper proposes some basic countermeasures in the orientation of Huaxi region,the products structure and the implementation of sustainable development.
