摘　　要：针对英国新电力交易系统 (NETA)的特点 ,结合我国电力工业实际情况 。Based on the characteristics of the New Electricity Trading Arrangement (NETA) in the UK and the realistic situation of our electric industry in China,this paper proposes three thoughts and schemes for the development of China's power market.
