摘 要:为了克服不同交换单元之间负荷不平衡而导致的局部网络拥塞和资源浪费,提出了一种按照链路拥塞程度和呼叫话务量动态选择服务交换单元的局间业务平衡方案.通过在核心网交换节点和无线网络控制器(radionetworkcontroller,RNC)之间引入一个动态路由节点,使得每个RNC可以连接到多个核心交换单元.对于非接入层信令或者业务,当缺省的核心交换单元或者传输链路过负荷时,动态路由节点可以通过附加的中继链路选择一个相对空闲的交换单元实现传输和交换.采用这种方案有利于降低不同交换局业务不平衡而导致的局部的系统过负荷,但无法消除由于系统总体资源不足而引入的呼损.For overcoming local network congestion and waste of resource induced by load imbalance between different switching elements, the method for selecting serving core network dynamically for load balance between exchanges was proposed which was based on the degree of link congestion and telephone traffic. Each RNC (radio network controller) could be connected to multiple core switching elements through introducing one dynamic routing node between core switching node and RNC. For non-access stratum signaling or traffic, dynamic routing node could select a relatively free switching elements via are additional relay link for transferring and switching when the default core switching element or link is overloaded. Local system overload induced by load imbalance between different exchanges can be reduced utilizing this solution, although call loss caused by scarcity of system resource cannot be removed.
