摘 要:将开有空腔的黄铜片与压电陶瓷通过导电胶粘合并固化获得了一种具有大位移量和一定负载能力的铜 -压电陶瓷复合型驱动器 ,实验得到的压电常数d33超过 2 0 0 0pC/N .本文系统分析了该驱动器的压电性能和位移特性 ;讨论了驱动器几何尺寸对驱动性能的影响 .结果表明 :位于金属顶盖和压电陶瓷之间的空腔可以将压电陶瓷片的径向位移转换成整个结构的轴向位移并将之放大 ;随着铜片厚度的降低 ,驱动器的谐振频率明显下降 。A brass-piezoelectric ceramic composite actuator with a large displacement and a good load-bearing capability was manufactured by agglutinating and solidifying the cavity brass and the ceramic with conductive glue. The piezoelectric coefficient of d 33 more than 2 000 pC/N was obtained in experiments. The piezoelectric and displacement properties of the actuator were systematically analyzed and the relationship between the geometric parameters and the actuating properties of the actuator was discussed. The results show that the cavity positioned between the metal end caps and the ceramic can convert and amplify the radial displacement of piezoelectric ceramics into a larger axial displacement of the whole structure, and that with the decrease of brass thickness, the resonant frequency of the actuator decreases obviously, while the axial displacement increases obviously.
