摘　　要：针对用呋喃树脂砂工艺生产牵引电机换向器套筒出现变形、裂纹等铸造缺陷,从分散热量入手,后用石英砂的相变理论改变造型材料解决生产难题。In this paper,the casting defects such as crack,distortion in the commutator bush,used furan resin sand process,was introduced.By using dispersing heat theory and quartz sand phase-change theory to change the foundry mold material,the producing problem was settled.
