摘　　要：本研究对用于ELISA,分析的空结肠弯曲菌全菌混合抗原制备条件进行了比较。结果提示全菌混合抗原制备中,细菌经加热然后超声粉碎的制备方法简便,抗原性质稳定。在制备中超声粉碎是需要的,热处理温度以60℃为宜。Using campylobacter whole cell soluble antigen to detect infection status has been applied widely in the world,but the antigen's making condition is different from one to the other.We studied the making condition of campylobacter whole cells soluble antigen in ELISA.The result suggest ed that campylobacter whole cell soluble antige,which was easy making,be reliable and stable.In making condition,the ultrasonic process was needed,with the boiling temperature 60℃.
