C型逆转录病毒和自身免疫病的关系

摘　　要：我们以电子显微镜和免疫萤光技术测定C型逆转录病毒,共测试90例,包括正常对照50例,自身免疫疾病40例。结果正常人C型逆转录病毒抗原全部阴性,自身免疫病患者阳性率25％,两组有十分显著的差异(P<O.01),在电子显微镜下发现病毒抗原阳性标本中有C型病毒颗粒。病毒颗粒有囊膜,拟核居中,直径大于200nm。成熟和未成熟的病毒颗粒分布于细胞外,有时在细胞膜上显现病毒出芽现象。Immunofluorescence test and electron microscopy test were used for assay of retrovirus.ninety samples were detected,including 50 samples from nomal subjects,40 samples from patients with autoimmune disease.The viral antigen were detected in 10 cases of patients The positive rate was 25%(10/40).All nomal samples were negative.The viruses particles with type C morphology were found in positive samples of retrovirus antigen.Mature viruses paiticles were large (more than 200nm in diameter),consisted of an electron-dense core surrouned by an outer membrane separated by an electron lucent region.Both mature and immature extracellular viruses particles were seen on the thin section electron micrographs of cellular material.on occasion,typical type of C budding virus particles were seen.
