摘  要:根据能量平衡原理 ,建立了燃烧风预热时阳极炉烟气热损失数学模型并进行了计算 ,结果表明Based on the principles of energy balance,a mathematical model of heat loss of smoke vented from copper refining furnace preheated by the warn up burning air was established.The values of heat loss of high temperature smoke in the period of oxidation were calculated.The results showed that reducing trend of heavy oil consumption and heat loss of high temperature smoke was quite obvious.Its saving energy was remarkble with the increase of temperature of warm up burning air.In addition,some reasonable advices were given and these would be beneficial for more energy saving in copper refining.
