摘 要:针对转炉工序能耗分析中的问题 ,提出了转炉工序基准工况的概念和应用基准工况分析评价转炉工序能耗水平的方法。应用该方法可以综合能流、物流两方面的因素 ,客观地评价实际能耗水平的优劣 。As for the problem of analysis for the energy consumption,the concept of standard producing conditions and the method of analysis and assessment for energy consumption are introduced.With which the difference of practical energy consumption can be analyzed taking all the factors of energy flow and material flow into acount.It can avoid the unilateral of only giving attention to the factors of material flow.Also it can give the theoretical warranty for the analysis of the energy saving potential.
