摘　　要：吉林省生态草建设应采取的技术措施主要有:围栏封育重在栏内的建设;"三化"草场盐碱含量不同,宜采取不同的治理措施;以土定草,科学种植,提高经济效益;盐碱地栽植灌木不宜过多,应与生物围栏相结合。This paper briefs us on the achievements of eco-grass development in Jilin province, and approaches some technical measures from following points: In enclosing for reforestation with grass culture, the stress should be put on the improvement of halophytes ; To the grasslands with soil desertization , alkalization and degradation , different measures would be adopted by the contents of saline and alkali; Selected varieties should be decided by the soil groups and must stick to the principle of scientific growing grass for good economic effects; It is not suitable for growing many shrubs and also combine with ecological fence.
