摘 要:地下隧道管壁采用喷射混凝土时,水泥用量较多,容易产生温度裂缝,对隧道的施工和使用将带来一系列的问题。量化地揭示这些裂缝形成的机理,将对隧道管壁设计和施工提供可靠的保证。为此,本文应用非稳定温度场和徐变应力场仿真程序对裂缝产生的原因和若干防治措施进行了探讨。计算表明,对地下隧道管壁这样的特殊结构,从设计和施工上采取一定的温控措施,裂缝可以避免产生。When sprayed concrete is applied to tunnel wall, cracks are often found due to thermal stress as a result of large consumption of concrete, which will bring many problems in the tunnel construction and the operation in future. Quantized revealing of cracking mechanics will provide guarantee for tunnel design and construction. For this purpose, causes for cracks and some prevention measures are discussed here by way of emulation programs for unsteady temperature and creep stress fields. The study shows that, as far as the special structures like tunnel wall is concerned, it is possible to prevent cracks if proper temperature control measures are taken both in design and construction.
