摘　　要：银行再造理论的兴起,给国际商业银行带来了全新的发展机遇。入世以后,我国银行业的发展必然要融入世界银行业发展的大潮之中。要使国有商业银行在激烈的市场竞争中站稳脚跟,必须进行银行再造,全面提升银行竞争力。The promotion of the Theory of 'Reengineering the Bank' offers the commercial banks many new opportunities for further development. After China's entry into WTO, our commercial banks should take part in the world trend of banking globalization. In order to win in the furious competition, the state-owned commercial banks must reengineer themselves to get overall advancements.
