摘　　要：主要针对当前中国铁路无线通信系统现状及存在的问题,文章阐述了引入 GSM—R 系统的解决方案,重点介绍了列车无线调度电话、铁路公安及直接模式应用的解决方案,并在文章结尾阐明了其所带来的经济社会效益。In view of current situation and problems existing in radio communication system of the Chinese railways,the paper sets forth the solution for introducing GSM-R system with emphases on the solution for introduction of train radio dispatching phone,railway public security and direct model,and the economic and social benefits it would bring about are illustrated at the conclusion of the article.
